Grandma's Pumpkin Patch, open daily.
In business for at least 18 years, this seasonal destination boasts a petting zoo, farm animals, and hay stacks for climbing. Alexander Valley Vineyards Fall Estate Garden Luncheon, 12 noon.
Join AVV for its annual luncheon which includes a winery tour led by family member Katie Wetzel Murphy. Savor a gourmet family-style meal with just-picked flavors accompanied by AVV wines. Farmers' Market Tour & Cooking Workshop, 9:30 – 2.
Led by staff from Relish Culinary Center, this foodie event commences with an outdoor market tour to meet the purveyors, learn about  products, and explore new flavors. Guests help select the seafood, fruits and vegetables, and artisan cheeses for the lunch menu with extra time to purchase personal goodies. Afterwards, participants walk across the street to the beautiful Relish Culinary Center for a hands-on cooking workshop using just-gathered ingredients. Guests indulge in a hearty farm-fresh lunch with local wines.  This Relish class includes 2 glasses of wine (8 oz. total) per person served to guests 21 and over. Dinner Under the Stars at Trione Winery, 5-8.
Join winemakers for an intimate evening hosted by the Trione family  beginning in the tasting room with a white wine reception. All  will feast in an outdoor dinner prepared by Peloton Culinary. This upscale farm-to-table event features a plated first course, a family-style shared main course, and finally, individual dessert. Each dish is paired with Trione wines from estate vineyards. Italian Heritage Dinner by Serghesio Family Vineyards, 6-9.
There’s probably no better way to celebrate Italian Heritage Month than at an Italian winery. Join the Seghesio team to celebrate the past and present with wine, food, and stories. Executive chef Peter Janiak promises a menu of traditional Italian dishes with reinvented classes and family staples.  The dinner, of course, is paired with its Italian varietals. 5th Annual Alexander Valley Film Festival
Expect to be entertained and challenged at the Alexander Valley Film Festival (AVFF) which  features domestic and international narrative features, documentaries, short films, special programs, and more. All are welcome to purchase tickets for the Opening Night Celebration. Russian Tea & Fragrance Festival, 10-5.

The Russian River Rose Company hosts this unique event featuring “music, mystique and fragrance, Russian style.”  Enjoy authentic Slavic and gypsy music group performances, the debut of its new rose perfume made on the premises, and Russian tea served from antique Russian Samovars. Fall hike at Jordan Winery, 9:45-2.
Lace up your boots and experience the ultimate Sonoma County hiking adventure across Jordan Estate. This four-mile trek begins with a continental breakfast at the Winery Chateau and traverses hills and valleys with an elevation change of 300 feet. This moderate hike passes woods, meadows and sustainably farmed vineyards before a break at Jordan Vista Point, the highest hilltop on the 1,200-acre ranch.  The experience culminates on the winery terrace for a charcuterie picnic and wine tasting of Jordan Chardonnay and Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. Healdsburg Wine Country Half Marathon, 7:30 a.m.
Run through the heart of Sonoma County’s Dry Creek Valley. This series favorite takes place in late autumn when the hillsides are painted with rich, golden hues and the valley air is crisp and fresh.
